These terracotta tagines are the real thing – they are what Moroccan’s cook with every day. Sourced directly from the pottery in Marrakech they might be very rustic but they will cook beautifully over an open fire or on a barbecue. However, they are also suitable for use on a gas or electric hob (Note: the base may not be smooth so check before using on a ceramic or glass hob). The base can also be used as a baker or roasting dish.
