Part of our new, ultra stylish buffet system for hotels and conference/event venues, caterers, restaurants and cafes, these cooling trays are now available ex-stock in GN 1/2 size with a choice of 3 different wooden frames. 

Simply place the trays in the freezer for 12 hours, it will remain at 8 deg C or lower for up to 3 hours to keep yoghurts, juices, desserts, platter of cheeses or meats cool for breakfast or buffet service.  

Designed and manufactured in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, the range utilises sustainably harvested woods to create unique, individual looks to fit with any décor. It is inspired by the four elements in nature and many items are handmade. 

Clever cooling and heating trays, stackers, risers, and shelves combine to create exactly what is required for any given meal or event. Augmented with cutlery cubes, serviette holders, menu boards and sign holders to complete the look. The opportunities are endless.
